Did you know that in George Lucas’s original drafts of Star Wars, Han Solo was envisioned as a large, green-skinned alien with gills?

And Luke Skywalker? He was initially named Luke Starkiller.

These early versions were way different from the iconic characters we know today. Lucas went through multiple drafts, each time refining and reshaping his story.

So, if your current draft feels messy or your characters seem off, remember: even the most legendary tales started as rough sketches. Keep writing, keep revising, and trust in your creative journey.

Squarespace is so much easier, but Wordpress has more capabilities…at least I’ll come out of this with a new skill 🥲

Finally some warm weather! I had to get outside to soak up the sun😎 The cherry blossoms are so beautiful this year in Tokyo. I was afraid that the rain was going to destroy all the flowers like it did last year, but I suppose these flower buds are a little more resilient this year 😌
